Welcome to SAIRAA TOURS LLC ("we", "our", "us"). This policy outlines the terms and conditions that govern the booking process on our website www.sairaatours.com (the "Site"). By making a booking through our Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by this policy. Please read it carefully before making a booking.

Before Making a Reservation for a service provided by us

  • To make a reservation, you must provide accurate and complete information as required during the booking process (refer to our privacy policy for data confidentiality).
  • Standard hotel check-in /out: 2:00 pm/12:00 pm.
  • Early check-in and late check-out subject to availability.
  • Breakfast: Served from 7.30 am to 10:00 am. Early departure before this time are not eligible for a refund; a packed breakfast may be provided at the hotel’s discretion.
  • Rooms are confirming as standard/Economy category. Upgrades may be available for an additional cost, based on availability at the check-in.
  • Breakfast will be Buffet basis with limited options for both Veg and Non-Veg: Most of the hotels follow continental breakfast.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.
  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the service provider.
  • Unused services will be non-refundable.
  • Standard Airfare with 7 kg hand carry and 20 kg luggage (Optional).
  • Passport must be valid for 6month to avail Visa On arrival (Optional).
  • Selected nationality with UAE Residence eligible to get VOA but approval is up to immigration.
  • If in case VOA got rejected, or boarding denied at any circumstance package will be non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Unused services will be non-refundable.
  • Some hotel establishments may request for a refundable security deposit of USD 100 per room at the time of check in at the hotel reception.

Payment

  • Payment must be made at the time of booking using one of the accepted payment methods listed on the Site or as per our customer service team.
  • Prices and availability are subject to change without notice until the booking is confirmed.
  • Any charges, such as taxes and govt fees available to us at the time of the booking will be notified during the booking process.

Booking Confirmation

  • A booking is considered confirmed when you receive a booking confirmation email from us.
  • The booking confirmation email will contain details of your reservation, including the booking reference number, service provider details, and terms of the booking.
  • Please check the confirmation email carefully and contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made through the Site or by contacting our customer service team.
  • Cancelation notice received (no of days prior to departure)
  • 45 days or more before departure -Full refund (After deducting AED 500 as booking fee)
  • 44-30 days before departure-50% of the tour cost will be charged
  • 29-21 days before departure -75% of the tour will be charged.
  • Less than 20 days before departure /No show -100% of the tour will be charged, No refund
  • The cancellation policy varies depending on the service provider and will be clearly stated during the booking process and in the booking confirmation email.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the service provider's cancellation policy.
  • Refunds, if applicable will be processed via the same payment method used for the booking subject to terms and conditions of the payment provider.
  • Transactions fees/bank charges may be applied during the process of refund which would be out of our controllability.

Changes to Booking

  • Any changes to your booking must be requested through the Site or by contacting our customer service team.
  • Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • The ability to make changes and the associated charges will depend on the service provider's policy.
  • We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or interchange the days in the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure or current situation.

User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the booking process is accurate and complete.
  • You must comply with the terms and conditions of the service provider, which will be provided to you during the booking process and in the booking confirmation email.

Limitation of Liability

  • We act as an intermediary between you and the service provider. We are not liable for any issues arising from the service provided, including but not limited to service quality, availability, or compliance with local regulations.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking, except were prohibited by law.
  • Any special requests made during the booking process (e.g., room preferences, dietary requirements) are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. The service provider will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests.
  • All room preference (connecting rooms, views, balconies) are subject to availability and are not guaranteed will communicate your request to the hotel for their consideration.
  • Our responsibility would be to communicate any special requests to the service provider as and when it is received from the customer.
